At the early design stage, our customer will check with us whether their product can be produced by injection molds. We analyze whether the structure of the plastic injection molded part can successfully eject the product from the injection mold, and whether the wall thickness can be fully injected, and provide a complete report to the customer for reference.

Injection molding machines range from 60 tons to 1600 tons

We can produce most of the size of injection molding products, and do not need to send the mold to the outside for mold test as some other factories do. This will not only speed up the time, but also help to control the quality.
