2. The mechanism of the automotive plastic mould is stuck: it is not the case for the old machine, and this situation should be suspected. 5. The pressure of the automotive plastic mould is too low: the high-pressure clamping pressure is too low, the injection mold manufacturer can appropriately increase the clamping pressure, but not too high, so as not to crush the mold; see whether the parameter design is appropriate and the pressure is not large enough.
6. Poor lubrication of automotive plastic moulds: There may be problems with the lubrication of the clamping system.
